Information we process
We receive the information you provide when creating an account and completing a profile, such as your name, email address, contact details, city, and sports preferences. We also process information needed for registrations, teams, bookings, classes, results, messages, reviews, and support requests.
The platform records technical information needed to maintain sessions, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and run the service. Some features let you upload images or connect external services you choose.
How we use it
We use this information to create and protect accounts, display content you choose to publish, manage activities, communicate changes and reminders, answer questions, and improve PlaySpot's operation.
You can change optional notification preferences in account settings. Messages necessary for security, access, and operations linked to an activity may still be sent.
Sharing
Information needed for an activity may be visible to the relevant club, coach, organizer, or other participants according to the feature and settings you choose. To operate PlaySpot we use hosting, email, image, authentication, and payment providers where applicable.
If you connect a Google or Mercado Pago account, that connection is also subject to the provider's terms and policies. Avoid including sensitive information in public fields or messages unless necessary.
Analytics and retention
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and aggregated site usage. According to Vercel's documentation, this tool does not use cookies to identify visitors.
We keep information while needed for the account and associated operations, and for any additional time needed to resolve claims, maintain operational records, or meet applicable obligations. You can ask support about a specific record.
Your choices and rights
You can review and correct available account data, change notification preferences, and request access, correction, or deletion through support. Some requests may require identity verification and consideration of operations or records that must be retained.
Argentina's Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority and provides information about data subject rights.
