Operator and scope

PlaySpot is operated by Fermin Vicente, Argentine tax ID 20-43247235-4, at Los Caldenes 1790, Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The platform helps people discover sports activities and manage profiles, tournaments, classes, bookings, results, and communications.

Accounts and use

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and protect your account access. You are responsible for what you post and for treating others respectfully in messages, reviews, and community features.

We may limit content or access when needed to protect the platform, other people, or compliance with these terms. You can request help through the support page.

Club and organizer activities

Clubs, coaches, and organizers publishing activities determine their availability, sporting rules, and specific conditions. Review an activity's listing and conditions before registering or booking.

A request or registration depends on the confirmation and status shown in the relevant flow. Schedule, capacity, result, and cancellation changes are communicated through the platform and, where appropriate, by email.

Prices and payments

Available prices and payment methods appear before an operation is confirmed. Depending on the activity, the organizer may collect payment or a payment provider may process it. Check the applicable cancellation and refund conditions in the activity and with the party collecting payment. No specific condition restricts mandatory rights granted by law.

Withdrawal and service cancellation

If you entered into a distance contract, you can submit a withdrawal or service cancellation request using the prominent buttons on the home page, without registering or signing in. You receive a tracking code on screen when you submit it. We review and process each request under applicable law and contact you at the email provided.

Content and availability

You retain ownership of text and images you provide. By publishing them, you permit their display within PlaySpot as needed to provide the feature you chose. Do not post another person's information without permission.

We work to keep the service available and fix errors, but some features may be interrupted by maintenance or circumstances beyond PlaySpot's control. We will communicate material changes through available channels.
